Yes. Once the items have been shipped, the customer will receive an automatic email with the shipment tracking number to track the status of delivery. A free SMS courier notice service is also available.

In case of refused transactions, you may need to enter a new credit card or select an alternative payment method such as PayPal. 5. HOW CAN I MAKE A PURCHASE?

Select the category of interest in our online store. After finding the desired item, select the coloUr, size and press the "Add to Cart " button. If in doubt about the size, you can consult our guide for the specific sizes called "Guide alle taglie". To verify the items in the shopping cart, select the icon provided in the upper right. You can use the "delete" key to delete items from your cart. The Payment button is used to complete the order.

Yes, creating a Doppelgänger account has many advantages:

8. HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS AVAILABLE?

All items that appears online is available. Once you select an article, only the sizes and colours available will be displayed.

9. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I FORGOT MY PASSWORD?

10. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Within 5-7 working days, after verification of the integrity of the product and the correct return procedure as indicated in the guidelines contained in the package.

11. HOW TO PROCEED TO RETURN OR EXGHANGE AN ARTICLE?

If the product purchased from Doppelgänger does not meet your expectations or if you change your mind, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, in order to proceed to a full refund or exchange. Returns are free; there are no shipping costs. Inside the package you will receive all the information required to return your article without problems.
